I’m also very into Media Center computing, or having a computer with specialized software run my entertainment center and TV. Following are screenshots of my TV systems in action.
You are mainly seeing LinuxMCE in action here. I have used MythTV much in previous deployments, but am loving LinuxMCE’s more robust media distrobution model, and integration with such advanced features as home automation, telecommunication, & security. LinuxMCE does use MythTV for TV functionality, so it’s not as much of a change as an upgrade or addition.
